Plan

We start with a detailed initial consultation where we discuss both your training and nutrition. We then conduct a thorough review and create tailored plans for both training and nutrition to cover all aspects of your fitness journey.

Training

Two semi-private personal training sessions (max 2 people) per week for four weeks. This ensures you have clear guidance on your fitness routine. The programme includes 28-day access to the gym.

Support

On handover of your plans, we can answer any questions you have and for anything that crops up in the 28 days, your trainer can help you during your sessions.

Accountability

Session times are fixed and are non-transferable, this ensures you take ownership of the program.

Community

You’ll be surrounded by like-minded individuals who are on the same path as you, and they will lift your standards, as we are known for our thriving community that will help you win.
